Background

Jacey has always worked closely with Cranfield School of Management and for the past five years has been a Visiting Fellow with Cranfield’s International Centre for Women Leaders. She is a Director of Brook Graham Limited, a specialist global Diversity & Inclusion consulting firm whose clients are large multi-national organisations. Prior to co-founding the company in 2004, she was head of Diversity Strategy at Shell and before that spent 20 years in the financial services sector, where she held corporate roles in talent management, diversity, leadership development and executive succession. Whilst her experience encompasses broad aspects of diversity in countries around the world, Jacey has particular expertise in building female talent pipelines in large private sector organisations. She is a co-founder of the UK FTSE 100 Cross Company Mentoring Programme, is an author of 'A Woman's Place is in the Boardroom' published by Palgrave MacMillan and the successful follow-up book 'A Woman's Place is in the Boardroom: The Roadmap". She is a judge for the Women of Achievement Awards in the City. Jacey has a BA from Exeter University, is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, a member of the British Psychological Society, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Coopers and a Freeman of the City of London.
