Background
Hassan is a PhD researcher in Economics and Finance at Cranfield University School of Management, with a strong background in Development Economics and International Development. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting (2.1) from the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM), University of Sierra Leone, and an MSc in International Finance and Economics from Canterbury Christ Church University, UK.
With over 10 years of experience, including more than eight years in advisory roles, Hassan has worked extensively in International Development, Research and Policy, and Development Programme Management across Africa and Europe. He has held both permanent and consultancy positions with leading organizations such as the World Food Programme, United Nations Development Programme, European Commission, European Central Bank, and the World Bank Group.
His work in Africa has focused on Sustainable Development, Host Government Support, Emergency Operations, and designing programme interventions that drive meaningful outcomes.
Hassan is a Certified PRINCE2® Project Management Professional and a member of the American Finance Association and the London Fiscal Institute.
