Current activities

Eunice's research is centred on procurement risks, procurement risk management strategies, and procurement resilience.  She's investigating how procurement risk management strategies can be used to develop resilience in procurement.  The Covid-19 pandemic, Brexit, and US-China trade war examples of significant risk events that have disrupted procurement activities across businesses.  It is now essential for procurement leaders to re-evaluate their procurement risks, formulate ways to implement risk management strategies, and build resilience in procurement.  Eunice is currently exploring the risks and resilient risk management strategies in the three main stages of the procurement process: pre-contract, selection/contracting, and post contract.
