Contact Dr Uta Juttner


Uta holds a masters degree in Public Administration and a Doctorate in Business Administration, and has worked closely with a number of institutions, among them the University of Zürich, the Federal Institute of Technology in Zürich, IMD in Lausanne and the University of the Federal Forces in Munich.

Current activities

Currently based in Switzerland, Uta is Part-Time Senior Lecturer in the Centre for Logistics and Supply Chain Management and Head of Research in the Competence Centre on Services Marketing and Management at the Lucerne Business School, Switzerland.

Her projects have been commissioned by government institutions and companies in England and Switzerland. Current activities include research into the interface between marketing and supply chain management, customer relationship management and qualitative research methods.
