Dr Andrew Schuster

Background

Dr. Schuster is a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers focused on helping progressive executives successfully deliver their most complex programmes and projects. His research is centred around projectification, the phenomenon of organizations becoming more project-based. He is a Visiting Professor at SKEMA Business School and Visiting Fellow at Cranfield School of Management. He is an author that contributes extensively to the development of best practice bodies of knowledge for professional organizations including Project Management Institute, Axelos/PeopleCert, Association for Project Management and International Centre for Complex Project Management. Andrew is a Chartered Project Professional (ChPP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Fellow Association of Project Management (FAPM), Fellow Institute of Directors (FIOD) and Fellow Institute of Consulting (FIC).
