Dr Andrea Appolloni

Background

Andrea Appolloni MSc. PhD. is post-doc fellow and Member Faculty in Management at Tor Vergata University of Rome (Italy). In the same University he received a doctorate degree in Management. At University of Macerata (Italy), he received a Master degree in International Business for China and Eastern Countries. He is Visiting Fellow at the Logistics and Supply Chain Management Centre, Cranfield School of Management (UK). He has been a visiting scholars at Tianjin University (China), at University of Tennessee in Knoxville (USA) and at Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich ETH (CH).

His research activities mainly focus on supply chain management and purchasing with a specific interest in sustainability and innovation including competition and cooperation, collaboration in supply management. Recently his interests have extended to lean and performance management.

He is regularly present at international conferences and he teach undergraduate, postgraduate and executive Master level in a variety of subjects in Operations Management.
