His current role is advising on, and developing, bespoke networked learning solutions for CCED’s clients wishing to leverage the benefits from deploying networked learning to their globally dispersed workforces. He has a reputation for being able to develop highly effective solutions to meet a diverse range of learning needs.
David has had roles in Face-to-Face delivery. Project Management, Learning Management and Design, Learning Consultancy, and Online Facilitation for a wide range of global clients in areas as diverse as; Oil, International Banking, Child Care, Global Strategic Change, and Personal Finance. He is currently studying for a Doctorate in Education with the OU, looking at the factors which influence participation in global virtual learning within Executive Development programmes.
Major assignments include:
- Supporting a global oil exploration company implementing its virtual Project Management academy
- Programme managing a ground breaking virtual social skills game, targeted at disaffected teenagers, for a major UK Charity
- Creating a Management Development programme for a major Asia Pacific bank containing strategic projects linked to the organisation’s strategic vision and goals
