Camilla has long experience of business development and change consultancy. She works in a leadership role in the Centre for Customised Executive Development at Cranfield School of Management where she lead large and complex projects from initiation to completion through relationships with clients, collaboration across Schools, with faculty and external suppliers.
As well as the client facing work she has been responsible for and involved in numerous strategic projects that have contributed to the growth and reputation of the unit, such as impact evaluation, development of new joiners and development of the service portfolio. Her background is in organisation strategy and development. Her particular area of expertise is in change management, supporting organisations to become more effective by aligning people to organisational goals. Using business objectives as a starting point, she designs and leads projects and the implementation of a course of action, which enables individuals and organisations to fully exploit their potential. She has extensive experience of creating and leading successful leadership and management development programmes, which develop leadership and coaching skills and enable managers to support others in reaching their full potential.
Camilla is also a highly experienced executive coach: through one to one coaching she has helped individuals to define and achieve their goals in line with both personal and organisational aims. Her client experience includes Royal Bank of Scotland, BAE Systems, PepsiCo, HSBC, KPMG, InterContinental Hotels Group, AstraZeneca, Oasis, Trinity Mirror Group, SAP, Cadbury Schweppes and Ford Motor company. Her previous roles includes: Head of Marketing Communications and PR at Massey Ferguson and Director of Business Development at EBS, Director Team Business Consulting, Lead Consultant at Academee.
