What you will learn

This leadership retreat has been developed based on our extensive expertise of using mindful leadership practices in organisational settings ranging from corporate environments to the military.

The retreat will help you to ready yourself on how best to meet your leadership challenges. In a subtle, relaxed, yet professionally managed way, we will guide you through techniques that enable you to slow down, take stock and uncover new and innovative options available to you.

Once the optimum possibilities are clear, you can clarify your leadership priorities and return to your workplace refreshed, galvanised for action and confident in your own resolve and ability to achieve your aims.

Leading on from the retreat, you will continue to benefit from the leadership practices you will have generated for yourself with the assistance of your retreat facilitators. You will know how to support yourself, and others, in the face of ongoing volatility. We have, therefore, created an ongoing support structure because we know from experience that the skills you will learn on this retreat really comes into their own when they becomes a social practice.
