Cranfield’s High Performance Leadership Programme participants are generally those in leadership roles or who are looking to take the next step in their career and who already have knowledge of leadership fundamentals. They work for many types of organisation in different sectors and countries.
Age: Participants are generally between 38-55.
Company position: Senior executives, directors, and heads of functions.
Managerial experience: Several years of managerial and business experience at a director level. They know about strategy, organisational behaviour, finance, HR and a myriad of other leadership building blocks.
Qualifications: Many participants have professional qualifications, degrees and have attended previous management training.
