Magic Light Pictures' (BGP 2012) most recent film, Room on the Broom, has been nominated in the best animated short film category for the 2014 Oscars. This is Magic Light's third Oscar nomination in four years. The film has also recently won the Animation category at the 2013 BAFTA Children’s Awards.Read more…

Gary Wyatt (MD), Green Board Games (BGP 2010) are thrilled to announce winning the gold award for both BrainBox Roald Dahl, in the Education section of the Independent Toy Awards and at the Primary Teacher Awards, where a gold award was presented to them for the brilliant BrainBox Awful Ancients. They have also been awarded their third Green Apple Award for BrainBox The World. This award is extra special to them because Green Apple awards are presented to organisations in the public or private sector that really care about how they impact the environment and is hosted at the Houses of Parliament. They are the Green Board Game Company for a reason!
Other recent awards include a bronze award for Your Number’s Up! At the Practical Pre School Awards; a commendation for their Robotic T Rex in the wooden category at the Independent Toy Awards, and they are waiting to see the colour of the award for BrainBox Teddy Bears in the Right Start Best Toy Awards.
