Our research focus is driven by the innovation challenges that organisations face, for example; innovation management processes, uncovering what customers actually want from products and services and understanding the drivers changing technology management.

Our innovation management framework recognises the critical importance of understanding both the contextual setting and innovation challenge before we identify the most appropriate set of methods and tools. The group has significant expertise in a broad range of innovation methods and tools, including; Design Thinking, Roadmapping, Strategic Portfolio Matrix or Hidden Customer Needs.
