To celebrate the opening of our new Digital Aviation Research and Technology Centre (DARTeC) at Cranfield University, we are hosting a virtual Digital Aviation Conference to address global challenges to the industry and bring the digital aviation community together.
The conference will be run using Cvent virtual event software to create an interactive and immersive conference experience. Delegates will be able to network using an appointment scheduler, visit virtual exhibition booths, ask live questions during the sessions and customise their own agendas.
In addition to the conference, we will be running a virtual hackathon challenge, in collaboration with IBM, to design and prototype the development of an app. The hackathon will take place in the days leading up to the conference and delegates will have the opportunity to view the proposals and vote for the winner, who will be announced on the second day of the conference.
