It has already demonstrated its usefulness in areas such as customer profiling, personalisation, forecasting, and customer management process optimisation. Strategic sales and KAM present some unique AI-related opportunities and challenges. This masterclass will address some of the key themes and questions that sales leaders will need to consider:

  • What implications need to be considered when transitioning to AI-based KAM for key account managers and their teams?
