What all our members have in common is their forward-thinking attitude and desire to excel in the field of customer management. Some members have historical expertise in a particular element of customer management, such as CRM or multi-channel marketing; others are ‘just starting out’ and come with a fresh, open-minded enthusiasm that revitalises the thinking of our more experienced members.
