Cranfield School of Management’s Strategic Marketing MSc has been named the fourth in the world for preparing students for the workplace in the QS World University Rankings: Masters in Marketing 2019.
One of the key strengths of the programme, as recognised by the latest rankings, is the practical skills that students develop through a marketing consultancy project provided by an external business client, and master classes with industry partners that provide insight into cutting-edge and innovative marketing techniques and practices.
As well as being named fourth in the world for employability, the programme, which is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and the Market Research Society (MRS), was also named 4th in the UK overall and 12th in the world.
Dr Daniel Prior, Co-Director of the Marketing & Strategic Sales Group at Cranfield School of Management, said: “Giving our students the practical skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the workplace is a key priority for us. Working closely with our industry partners, we are able to give our students a valuable insight into what it means to be a senior marketeer.
“These ranking results are a testament to the commitment of our faculty in ensuring our students’ education closely matches the needs of business.”
