Cranfield University’s annual graduation ceremonies took place this month. 8 honorary graduates joined more than 1,000 students, from over 100 different countries, who also received their honours.

The students, watched by family and friends, received their degrees and celebrated their achievements, alongside leaders from the world of business and government whose honours are given in recognition of an individual’s major influence in their specialist field.

Professor Sir Peter Gregson, Chief Executive and Vice-Chancellor, said: “This celebration recognises the remarkable achievements of all those who graduate, and acknowledges those receiving honorary degrees for their outstanding contributions to society.  Cranfield University is known internationally for its postgraduate education and research and our global reach is enhanced through our alumni and by our close links with business and governments around  the world.”
