With over 20 years of experience in leadership development, client relationship management, and organisational transformation, Sue partners with global organisations to co-create learning solutions that embed behavioural change and deliver measurable results.

She works closely with CEOs, HR Directors, and senior Talent & DE&I leaders to design and implement programmes that are tightly aligned with business imperatives. Her approach is known for being strategically sharp, commercially astute, and deeply collaborative.

Sue leads Cranfield’s flagship management and leadership work across sectors including energy, finance, aerospace, and retail. Her portfolio of recent programmes includes a global Women’s Leadership initiative for HSBC (spanning the Americas, EMEA and APAC), as well as engagements with ADNOC, Coca-Cola HBC, Worley, Asda, and more.

A respected voice in inclusive leadership, Sue also serves as a judge for the Milton Keynes Women Leaders Awards. She brings a strong track record in navigating complex stakeholder environments and delivering high-impact development experiences — whether in-person, virtual, or blended formats.
