Sara Abdulwahid Abdulrahman

Background

I am a PhD researcher at Cranfield University and an electrical engineer at the Ministry of Municipality in Qatar. I hold a master’s degree in Engineering Leadership and Management from Swansea University. My research explores how smart parking data and AI could help municipalities make better operational decisions. I am particularly interested in connecting research with practical challenges in public infrastructure.

Current activities

I am currently reviewing research on smart parking and exploring how parking predictions could support practical decisions for municipalities. Alongside my PhD, I work as an electrical engineer in the Projects and Development Department at Qatar’s Ministry of Municipality.
