Background
Michelle worked within the Finance department of Tullow Oil Ghana before pursuing and graduating summa cum laude in Supply Chain Management (Master's) from Szechenyi Istvan University in Gyor, Hungary.
During her studies, she participated in conferences and received second and first place awards in 2018 and 2019 respectively, with a two-year full scholarship from the Ghana Scholarship Secretariat. Currently, she is pursuing a Ph.D. At the Aerospace, Transport & Manufacturing school at Cranfield University on a full scholarship from the Ghana Scholarship Secretariat (GSS).
Research opportunities
Research title “A framework for implementing Lean 4.0 in Ghanaian pharma sector", focuses on identifying the main challenges of implementing Lean 4.0 in Ghana's Pharma Industry, thereby proposing a framework to address the challenges.
