Background

Aviation and Tourism is my current field of interest, experience and desire. I am currently working on my PhD at Cranfield University on Digital Travel Credentials (digital passports). My previous studies at University of West London in MA Aviation and international tourism management, I have achieved a first-class distinction degree, which shows my strong industry knowledge and research using my academic skills. I am multilingual (English, Bengali, Hindu/Urdu) and pride myself on my approachability, teamwork skills and professionalism. In the last 10 years I have gained strong experience with various businesses in customer service and supervising/managing staff as I have gained excellent leadership skills, communication skills and believe to be strong with public speaking. I am currently working in Compass Centre APOC Airport Control, dealing with critical communications and operations with various departments including Fire, Police and Ambulance requests.

I have previously worked at Heathrow Terminal 2 with Skybreak as a Commercial Lead. I also worked with other companies such as Menzies Aviation, Epinion (Marketing Research), Virgin Holidays in Heathrow/West London.

Current activities

- Attended Aviation Airport Summit November 2025

- Plan to write first journal article on DTC to launch in 2026 and present in the Biometrics Institute 2026.

- Brussels Biometrics Institute conference in April on ID's to attend or be a speaker.
