Contact Marco Lomasto
Background
Marco Lomasto is an aerospace structural engineer and a Visiting Fellow in the Centre for Aeronautics, Propulsion and Power at Cranfield University. He holds a BSc (2015) and an MSc (2018) in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Naples Federico II.
He is Principal Structural Analysis Engineer and Station Technical Lead at Axiom Space in Houston, Texas. Before joining Axiom Space in 2024, he spent five years as a Structural Analysis Engineer at the Italian space company SITAEL. Earlier in his career, he worked on stress analysis and design of rail vehicles at VM Italia Engineering and on vibro-acoustic analysis at MBDA.
Marco has presented two vibro-acoustics papers at international conferences. He also completed Northwestern University's Kellogg Executive Program in Managerial Finance.
