Background
Over 18 years’ advanced knowledge and relevant engineering experience in oil and gas operations, including diverse working experience in other non-oil sectors. Core technical skills of multiple engineering disciplines which includes flow assurance, process, mechanical, pipeline maintenance,
instrumentation & controls, risks & reliability and integrity, etc. Proficient in MS Office suit (both MS Word and Excel), FMECA and HAZOP analysis in practical reliability engineering activities, with exceptional problem-solving skills, hands-on experience in various engineering software packages and proven scientific ability to analyze and solve complex risk and reliability engineering problems, as well as very good analytical skills, very strong verbal and written communication skills, strong leadership skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional team.
An experienced Mechanical Process Engineer with extensive knowledge and relevant engineering experience gained from working in various capacities as Project Engineering Leader, Operations Manager, Project Supervisor, Technical Expert at site, Process Engineer, Project Manager, Logistics Manage, Facility Maintenance Engineer, Procurement and Cost Analysis Engineer, Commissioning Supervisor, Personnel Manager (both cost man power expenditure); and responsible for carrying out all field engineering activities, coordinating team of engineers and technicians at site in ensuring that the operational procedures comply with all safety procedures and standards, coordinating the internal resources assigned to project team and engineering services external, creating detailed engineering plans, processes and procedures ( Close-out reports, Work Method Statement, WMS; Job Hazard Analysis, JHA, HSE and security plan, etc.) for engineering team and technicians to use and abide by; conducting daily tool box meeting, safety induction at site, as well as sharing LFI lessons and giving daily operational instructions.
