Current activities
Lingfeng Huang is currently focused on developing advanced acoustic metamaterials tailored to mitigate vibrations in electronic devices, crucial for improving the reliability of intelligent transport systems. This work involves combining mechanical Helmholtz resonators and phononic crystal structures to create wide-bandgap acoustic materials that effectively absorb low-frequency vibrations and reflect high-frequency ones. Additionally, Lingfeng is authoring a detailed review on vibration control through metamaterials in electronic devices, exploring both theoretical frameworks and material innovations.
