Contact Josue Rodrigues Barroso

Background

Josué Barroso is an Agricultural Engineer with a Master’s degree in Soil Science from the Federal University of Ceará (Brazil, 2021). His previous research investigated the responses of clonal dwarf cashew seedlings to foliar fertilization. Currently, he is a PhD candidate in Soil Science, focusing on how cover crops can enhance soil carbon stocks in environments with limiting conditions. He is currently a visiting researcher at Cranfield University, where he is working with the RothC model to simulate and understand soil carbon dynamics.

Current activities

I am currently working on a PhD research at Cranfield University to apply the RothC model for predicting long-term soil organic matter dynamics.
