Graduated in 2018 with First Class Honours in Computer Science from the University of Colombo School of Computing. Awarded the Prof. V. K. Samaranayake Medal for the Most Outstanding Graduate of the UCSC and the Professor Mohan Munasinghe Award for Computer Science at graduation. Experience working as a Research Assistant and Software Engineer in Sri Lanka before moving to the UK

Completed a Masters degree in Aerospace Computational Engineering from Cranfield University with a thesis titled Implementation and Numerical Investigation of Slope Limiters for Microscale Shock Waves Using Discontinuous Galerkin Finite Element Method. Currently, working as a Software Engineer at Arm Ltd while also completing a PhD in Aerospace at Cranfield University.

Current activities

Investigation of the Discontinuous Galerkin Finite Element Method (DG-FEM) within the context of the FSAC-PP method. 

Implementation of flow models within existing and new code bases.
