Current activities

Hisham is pursuing a PhD in Aerospace with Cranfield, focusing on the application of novel flow control devices to improve aviation safety and environmental sustainability. The project investigates the application of surface roughness on a transport aircraft to delay shock stall through developing an optimal configuration. Additionally, the project aims to improve existing numerical programs in Computational Fluid Dynamics to better capture the effects of surface roughness.
