Background
Dr Krishnaswamy currently works at the Welding and Additive Manufacturing Centre where his research is primarily focused on Finite Element and Statistical modelling of different welding and AM methodologies to predict Residual Stress, Distortion and other process variables.
Prior to this, Dr Krishnaswamy was part of the Advanced Vehicle Engineering Group at Cranfield University wherein during his PhD he worked on optimising the thermal performance of aerogel/polymer composites using different morphological, optical and thermal characterisation techniques.
