Background
Dr Desislava Davidkova is a Research Fellow in Seawater Desalination at Cranfield University, workig on the pretreatment to reverse osmosis for use in the UK. She holds a PhD in Environmental Engineering from the University of Edinburgh (2025), where she was investigating organic and inorganic nanofiltration membrane fouling. Dr Davidkova has worked with various commercial partners including Scottish Water, The Mining Remediation Authority and Anglian Water.
