Dr Ali Alderete-Peralta is an interdisciplinary artificial intelligence expert. Their research interests include energy systems modelling and analysis; integrating machine learning and sociotechnical analysis; application of artificial intelligence in energy flexibility solutions.
With a background in applied mathematics, they are interested in applying concepts from Complexity Science into Policy Making, integrated transport services, cyber security and the adoption of new technologies.
Their expertise includes artificial intelligence, agent-based modelling, socio-economic analysis, complex systems and low-carbon technology adoption.
