I am a doctoral researcher at Cranfield University working on the Gates Foundation-funded “Reinvent the Toilet” project. My research focuses on the torrefaction and valorisation of human faecal waste into safe and useful products. I have an academic background in Food Science & Technology and Food & Nutrition, with experience in laboratory analysis and process optimisation.
