Current activities

  • Leads the FAAM Airborne Laboratory, a team of around 20 staff supporting operation of the NERC-funded BAe-146 FAAM aircraft.
  • Development of operational fieldwork capabilities
  • Custodianship of nationally-recognised large infrastructure
  • Development of instrumentation and measurement capabilities to make world-leading measurements of the atmosphere
  • Foster national and international partnerships
