Alan Norman

Background

Alan has worked in the aerospace sector for over 20 years. During this time he has gained experience in various engineering practices associated with manufacturing, maintenance and design. His career has allowed him to gain qualifications ranging from two advanced modern apprenticeships to a BEng(Hons) in Mechatronics.

Recently Alan has moved into the life science sector where he now has a role developing instrumentation as a R&D Design Engineer.

Current activities

Alan's research interests are in space engineering, primarily systems to facilitate the transportation of materials in the lunar exosphere.
