Background
Adole received the Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria in 2011, and the M.S. Degree in process and energy systems engineering from the Technische Universität Berlin, Germany, in 2020. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree at the IVHM Centre, Cranfield University, UK.
He has over 4 years of experience as a Senior Consultant specializing in CRM solutions, CPQ and data analytics. Prior to consultancy, he worked as a Data Analyst and Process Engineer in the energy and manufacturing industries, optimizing industrial operations. His expertise spans IT systems architecture, data driven decision-making, and process optimization in both tech and engineering domains.
His current research interests include advanced analytics, deep learning, multi-modal machine learning, prognostics and health management.
