The Snowdon Master’s Scholarship supports exceptional disabled students to progress through master’s study and into leadership roles across all sectors. The scholarship is designed for individuals who seek to use their lived experience of disabling barriers to challenge inequality, shift perceptions, and drive meaningful change within their field, community, or public life.

In addition to financial support, scholars are invited to join the Disabled Leaders Network—a peer-led community that provides collaboration, skills development, and mutual support. This inclusive and progressive space enables scholars to share experiences, amplify disabled voices, and strengthen their leadership impact.
