British Muslims wishing to undertake a master's course at a UK university. The scholarships can cover full-time and part-time study in any discipline.

What is the deadline for applications?
There is no deadline as applications are considered on a rolling basis. The call will end after 50 scholarships have been awarded.

What is the selection process?
Applicants are shortlisted on a monthly basis and invited for interview at the end of the respective month. If you do not hear back from us a month after submitting your application, unfortunately your application has not been successful on this occasion.

What criteria do I have to show I have fulfilled in the application?
When completing the application, you must state in your personal statement how you fulfil the criteria for the scholarship. You should detail how undertaking your proposed course will enable you to contribute to (a) positively transforming attitudes towards Muslims in the UK and (b) facilitating better representation of the Muslim community in civil society.

Are there any restrictions that apply on courses that are covered by the scholarships?
Courses applied for must be at master's level. We do not fund PhDs or undergraduate courses.

Is there any financial limit to the scholarships?
No, there is currently not any upper limit to the funding we offer. However, please note that we cover tuition fees only (up to 100%). We will not consider bearing the cost of maintenance fees.

When must my course start?
The course you are applying for must commence in the forthcoming academic year.
