The Alexander S Onassis Foundation established a programme of scholarships - an £800 monthly stipend - to Greek University graduates for postgraduate studies or doctoral studies abroad.
In 1998 the programme started awarding scholarships for doctoral studies in Greece and, in 2001, for postgraduate studies in Greece. Over 130 Scholarships for Hellenes are awarded each year for both studies in Greece and abroad in all fields of study.

Announcements and the online application forms are available only in Greek and can be found on the Greek version of the Foundation's website. The annual deadline for submission of applications and relevant supporting documents is normally the end of February. Please check the foundation website in January for confirmation.
