Parking

If you are arriving by car please park in the BHR car park by building 243 or in the AIRC car park, depending on the event location. Please use this campus map to help find your way.

If you are staying on campus you will be able to use the hotel car parks. 

Catering

If you are unsure on the catering being provided for the event please get in touch. There are cafes and a small convenience shop located on campus should you need these.

If you have not indicated any special dietary requirements but need to do so please notify the Events Team at least a week before the event.

Accommodation

If you would like to make a booking to stay at one of the on-campus hotels, please contact the CMDC or Mitchell Hall directly and let them know you are attending the event.

How to find us

By road:

From London and the South: Take the M1 north to Junction 13. At the roundabout, follow the signs for the A421 in the direction of Bedford. At the second roundabout, take the second exit signposted to Cranfield, Hulcote and Salford. Continue along this road to Salford and turn right at the T-junction, signposted Cranfield. Follow this road to the end and go straight across the first roundabout, right at the second, then left at the third. At the mini-roundabout (petrol station on your left) go straight over and the entrance to the University is first right – signposted 'Main Reception'.

From Birmingham and the North: Take the M1 to Junction 14 (A509). Take a left, then first right through Moulsoe village. Once through the village, go straight on for 1km and take a left turn after a sharp bend, signposted to Cranfield University.

Via Bedford: Follow the A428-A422 west to Astwood (11km), then left following the signposts, or take the A421 south-west towards the M1. Turn right at Marston Moretaine roundabout at the end of the dual carriageway following the signposts to Cranfield (at the Little Chef). On entering the village, follow the right turn signposted to Cranfield University.

By train:

Milton Keynes Central is on the West Coast mainline from London Euston, Birmingham, Manchester, and Glasgow, served by Avanti and London Northwestern trains.

Bedford station is served by East Midlands Trains and First Capital Connect with services to Nottingham, London St Pancras International and a through service to Brighton (calling at Gatwick Airport).

Taxis are available from both stations at all times. Cranfield is 20 minutes from Milton Keynes Central station by taxi, and 25 minutes from Bedford station.
