We look forward to welcoming you to Cranfield soon. Here is some useful information to help you plan your visit.
If you are not staying in on-campus accommodation but need to park on campus you will need a parking permit to display in your car for the duration of your stay.
Please download a temporary parking permit, add in details from the event, and display in your car.
Parking is limited and we recommend parking near Building 243 or near the AIRC, depending on the event location. Please use our campus map to help find these car parks and the event location.
If you have not indicated any special dietary requirements but need to do so please notify the Events Team at least a week before the event.
If you would like to make a booking to stay at one of the on-campus hotels, please contact the CMDC or Mitchell Hall directly and let them know you are attending the event.
How to find us
From London and the South: Take the M1 north to Junction 13. At the roundabout, follow the signs for the A421 in the direction of Bedford. At the second roundabout, take the second exit signposted to Cranfield, Hulcote and Salford. Continue along this road to Salford and turn right at the T-junction, signposted Cranfield. Follow this road to the end and go straight across the first roundabout, right at the second, then left at the third. At the mini-roundabout (petrol station on your left) go straight over and the entrance to the University is first right – signposted 'Main Reception'.
From Birmingham and the North: Take the M1 to Junction 14 (A509). Take a left, then first right through Moulsoe village. Once through the village, go straight on for 1km and take a left turn after a sharp bend, signposted to Cranfield University.
Via Bedford: Follow the A428-A422 west to Astwood (11km), then left following the signposts, or take the A421 south-west towards the M1. Turn right at Marston Moretaine roundabout at the end of the dual carriageway following the signposts to Cranfield (at the Little Chef). On entering the village, follow the right turn signposted to Cranfield University.
