We are pleased to invite you to a follow-up webinar on 23rd October 2024 at 13:00, where Resilience First Board & Executive Director Rick Cudworth and Professor David Denyer from Cranfield University will explore further the recently introduced new Model for Organisational Resilience.
This session will provide a more detailed understanding of the model’s key elements and how you can start to apply it in practice.
During the webinar, Rick and David will offer a quick recap of the Model, introduce a selection of illustrative indicators, and walk through two ‘use cases’ or worked examples to demonstrate its practical application. Additionally, they will take a deeper dive into the three capabilities embedded within the Model : Anticipate, Absorb, and Adapt. They will also discuss what’s next in the development of the model and how you and your organisation can get involved.
