What is Anthropy?
Anthropy is a movement dedicated to inspiring a better Britain. At its heart is a unique gathering for leaders that sparks imagination and fosters fresh thinking. The event will host sessions where speakers and attendees will share their insights and guidance whilst discussing individual and collective action.
The Anthropy Network serves as a vibrant hub to connect people beyond annual gatherings. It empowers our community to thrive and grow as they forge meaningful connections, exchange experiences, and collaborate on transformative ideas. With broad reach, the Anthropy Network amplifies leaders’ impact and brings meaningful change.

Emerging leaders
"All Anthropists leave their silos and their egos at the door. Immerse yourself in the transformative experience of Anthropy23, by bringing an open mind and heart."
"Emerging Leaders are for people aged 18-30 only. It came about because Anthropy is a gathering of leaders, who typically bring extensive experience from their respective sectors and organisations. This often translates to a more senior demographic, distinct from the younger workforce cohorts emerging today. Anthropy is about envisioning a better Britain over the next 30 years, and we work hard to include insights and input from younger people who are emerging as leaders in their sectors and organisations.
We do this firstly by working with some leading UK-based national youth organisations who hold session discussions within our programme, bring their own emerging leaders and young people with them and help integrate them into our wider discussions. We also work with several universities and local community initiatives to broaden representation. Building on this from Anthropy22, we also now have an Emerging Leaders Programme, which welcomes 100 young leaders, aged 18-30, to engage in a collaborative dialogue about the concerns shaping their lives and the legacy they wish to build themselves for future generations. These young leaders help design their own sessions and have the opportunity to contribute in other ways across the agenda, adding their unique perspectives to the discourse."
We are thrilled to announce three Cranfield emerging leaders joining us at Anthropy this year - Daniel Ruth, Ciara O'Brien and Anna Barrett.
