Cranfield University is delighted to be hosting Climate Change Solution’s next Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Showcase. This will be an opportunity to hear about the latest developments in the sector, looking at cutting-edge research from production to end-use; discuss a range of applications and opportunities for the supply chain; meet exhibitors from across the industry; and network with a broad range of stakeholders.

A unique feature of this event is a range of demonstrations and tours, which will be available from14.30 for participants to experience. They include but are not limited to:

  1. FCSL HyQube H2 refueler – refuelling road vehicles will be demonstrated.
  2. Tour around the campus by H2 vehicles – H2FC bus and Toyota Mirai will offer tours.
  3. Microcab Vianova – H2FC vehicle (TBC).
  4. Viritech – H2FC vehicle (TBC).
  5. Wrapped Toyota Mirai – UCL engineering.
  6. HyPER – 1.5 MW Blue H2 generation site.
  7. H2 aircraft being developed by Cranfield Aerospace Solutions Ltd.  
  8. H2 propulsion facilities.

Road: We are just 10 minutes from Junctions 13 and 14 of the M1 motorway. There is free parking on campus.

Accommodation

If you would like to book accommodation whilst visiting then we are pleased to offer en suite accommodation on campus, which is within easy walking distance of lecture rooms and other facilities. There are two on-campus hotels available; both Mitchell Hall and the Cranfield Management Development Centre can be booked through Venue Cranfield. Accommodation on campus is limited so we advise early booking.
