Cranfield University will be exhibiting at the Cenex LCV exhibition on 7 and 8 September 2022. With over 150 exhibitors, the Cenex LCV exhibition is the place to meet UK decision makers and industry experts; the perfect opportunity to showcase your business, your industry and your technology.

Cenex LCV incorporates four key features: a technology exhibition split over three halls; an extensive seminar programme; facilitated networking; ride and drive of the latest research and development and commercially available vehicles.

Visit Cranfield University in Hall 4 on stand C4-311, where we will be exhibiting the AIDCAV platform, and speak to our team about what Cranfield University can offer you. Staff from our Advanced Vehicle Engineering Centre (AVEC) will be on hand to discuss our master's courses, CPD courses and research capabilities. The Advanced Vehicle Engineering Centre focuses on the development, application and evaluation of advanced vehicle technologies to help make vehicles more capable, lighter, greener and more efficient.

Our work covers most type of ground vehicles and aircraft and ground handling, including: motorcars, sports utility vehicles (SUVs), motorcycles, competition cars, racing motorcycles, low carbon vehicles (LCVs), agricultural machinery, industrial machinery, military vehicles, space vehicles, marine vessels, hovercraft, air and landing craft.

We have provided research, development, education and training for the automotive and agricultural engineering sectors for more than 50 years and the motorsport sector for over 15 years.

Our Multi-User Environment for Autonomous Vehicle Innovation is a £9 million ‘smart’ roadway test environment for the development of intelligent and autonomous vehicles, the first of its kind in the UK next to an airport and within the controlled setting of a university campus. It includes the associated systems needed to integrate emerging technologies into our day-to-day lives.
