Cranfield University are launching the 1st sustainable waste management symposium in Africa, featuring presentations from experts working in waste management from across Africa.

The event will be held in Lagos, Nigeria over two days, in partnership with WestAfricaENRG, a leading Environmental Services company, bringing together experts working in the waste and resource management, energy production and environmental engineering sector. Attendees can expect to connect and network with academics, private companies and government bodies from across Africa and Europe.

The symposium will run over two days. Day 1 with presentations from experts working in the sector. Day two will include interactive workshops aimed at discussing the challenges of developing sustainable waste management and energy from waste in Africa.

Travel details:

The event will be hosted at the Lagos Chamber of Commerce & Industry [LCCI] Conference and Exhibition Centre (Dr Nurudeen Olowopopo Way, Agidingbi, Ikeja, Nigeria).
