Due to unforeseen circumstances arising, the HRV Conference on the 5th and 6th September 2017 has been relocated from the Defence Academy site in Shrivenham to The Sudbury House Hotel. The hotel is a 10 minute drive from the MOD site in Shrivenham and is where the conference dinner will be held. For more information on The Sudbury House Hotel please visit their website.   • Aug 15th : Deadline for all registrations of attendees and speakers
  • Aug 20th : Deadline for submission of papers (in Word MS format) for oral presentation speakers
  • Aug 25th : Deadline for payment of fees for all participants

There are limited spaces in the conference, therefore, the process will be following the steps:

  1. Earliest notification of abstract acceptance, or acceptance to attend the conference after July 18th
  2. Letters of invitation will be sent out after July 18th
  3. Delegates will be asked to pay the fees (invoices can be provided if needed) by Aug 25th

ESB members and students are entitled to reduced fee rates (£220 for ESB members and £125 for ESB student members).
