I first worked with Professor Chris Kemp some years ago on Crowd Safety and was so impressed by the work he did that I arranged a team to attend one of Chris’s immersive learning programmes. The results were amazing - Chris empowered, coached and instilled confidence in a team of over 20 people. More recently Chris has supported us with crowd management and crowd safety training and led on project on crowd movement. Our Crowd Movement Strategy is in place to safely manage the visitors to our site both during and after the Covid-19 pandemic. We couldn’t have done this without Chris’s expertise and guidance.
I have attended several courses with MOM and Professor Chris Kemp and believe them to be the best is terms of relevancy and content. I am always inspired by Chris and come away with valuable tools and techniques that I can easily implement into my work.
