What you will learn
On successful completion of this module you should be able to:
Develop an understanding of the principal theoretical and practical issues influencing change processes, especially the allocation of scarce security resources within the security sector, between the security and civil sectors, and across the international security community.
Build an appreciation of the underlying financial and economic drivers underpinning cultural, ethical and governance considerations in the global security context.
Employ financial skills to act as an informed customer in financial dealings with internal and external stakeholders.
Employ the skills and knowledge when researching appropriate government and commercial policies in such fields as exports, defence-industrial investment, technology transfer, arms production collaboration and European/US defence-related corporate mergers and acquisition.
