The National Flying Laboratory Centre has a fleet of three aircraft:
- Saab 340B - a fully-equipped laboratory used for research projects - based at our own airport;
- Scottish Aviation Bulldog;
- Slingsby T7M260 Firefly.
The last two aircraft are aerobatic trainer aircraft and are used for hands-on flying experience for our postgraduate students.
