Our courses have been developed in collaboration with industry and the Institute of Apprenticeships to meet the Level 7 Postgraduate Engineer Apprenticeship Standard and are underpinned by a postgraduate qualification (PgDip or MSc). Apprenticeship courses are available to staff employed by apprenticeship-levy-paying organisations and SMEs in England.
Digital and Technology Solutions Apprenticeship MSc
Our Digital and Technology Solutions Apprenticeship MSc programme takes a systems-view to offer awareness and hands-on knowledge to design and develop digital technologies and solutions across industries that rely on complex engineered products and services. We will blend technical and managerial skills to promote the creation, adoption, and evolution of digital technologies and solutions. We will also take an innovative approach to deliver the course with cutting-edge blended learning methods.

Materials Process Engineer Master’s Degree Apprenticeship
The Manufacturing Technology and Management MSc addresses the knowledge, skills and behaviour requirements of the Materials Process Engineer degree apprenticeship standard (Level 7). This programme has been developed specifically to meet the high demand for technical specialism, combined with commercial and problem-solving skills applicable to a variety of thermal process-related industries.
Postgraduate Engineer Apprenticeship
This Level 7 Apprenticeship standard programme, the Postgraduate Engineer, offers industry the opportunity to place their graduates on a highly-regarded postgraduate programme to develop their engineering competence, while actively taking forward their organisation’s capabilities.
Senior Leader Apprenticeship Operations Excellence MSc
Our Senior Leader Apprenticeship+ Operations Excellence MSc programme has been designed in two parts. Part one enables students to gain an understanding of general management functions, alongside specialist and advanced subjects. The academic award at the end of part one is a postgraduate diploma (PGDip). Apprentices, subject to successful completion of the taught modules in part one, are eligible to progress onto part two, the Operations Excellence MSc, which enables them to apply their learning by completing a significant work-based project within their organisation.

Through-Life Engineering Services Specialist Masters Degree Apprenticeship
Our Level 7 Through-life Engineering Services Specialist Master’s Degree Apprenticeship provides you with the skills, knowledge and behaviours to become future leaders in organisations who wish to optimise the value in-use and cost in-use for long-life engineering assets.
There is a growing emphasis on revenue being derived from providing the services that keep products operating effectively, rather than the design, manufacture and delivery of original equipment (hardware). The whole programme has been designed in collaboration with industry so we have a real understanding of the industrial challenges. It’s applied, current and about finding solutions. Students will be able to gain a bigger perspective on what a through-life engineering solution could look like and what the system involves.
