| End September 2023: | Cranfield University opens its call for solutions for The Earthshot Prize. You will be able to submit your solutions online for us to assess. |
| 22 November 2023: | If you would like Cranfield University to consider nominating your solution, you must submit your solution by this date. Cranfield University will not consider nominations received after this date. |
| From 27 November 2023: | All nominations received by Cranfield University will be screened and reviewed by our expert panel of Cranfield faculty and external experts. |
| By 1 December 2023 | Cranfield University will upload all the solutions it wishes to nominate for The Earthshot Prize onto The Earthshot Prize portal. This will trigger an automated email to the primary contacts asking them to complete the remainder of the application form. |
| By 13 December 2023 | Deadline for Cranfield University nominees to complete their part of the application form. |
| By 15 December 2023 | Cranfield University completes the nomination form by writing and uploading an endorsement of the application form. |
| By 15 December 2023 | Nominations are submitted to The Earthshot Prize. |
