- Nicolas Bouffard has been appointed General Manager at Devoteam, in charge of AWS activities.
- Xibo Geng (MSc Aerospace Materials 2021) is currently leading the Royal Aeronautical Society Young Person’s Committee China Branch. The China Branch has been running AeroTube over the last three years, attracting hundreds of young people from high school, primary school and universities to share their knowledge and passion for aerospace.
- Alfonso Castellano, CEO of Hotelatelier, has been awarded The Best Workplaces 2024 Manager.
- Aivars Puriņš (MSc Global Security 2001) has been appointed State Secretary of the Ministry of Defence.
- Michael Farnsworth (PhD School of Applied Sciences 2011) co-writes this article looking at what the movie Dune can tell us about the hunt for habitable exoplanets.
- Jan Wemmel (MBA 2004)has been appointed as a digitization expert at CompuGroup Medical. Jan now oversees the Connectivity business area.
- Dr Cherry Eromosele (Marketing Directors' Programme 2019) has been named in the 9to5Chick Top 100 Career Women in Africa 2024.
- Javier Fernandez (MSc Water Management 2007) has been appointed as new head of the Parla Innovation Centre for high-value crops, an entrepreneurship hub that connects large companies in the agricultural sector with startups to develop innovative solutions for this type of crops.
- Guy Champniss (PhD School of Management 2013) is speaking at the Employee Engagement Summit 2024.
- Newton Jibunor talks about his 1966 solo drive adventure from the UK to Nigeria through the Sahara desert, where he encountered wild animals and experienced a near-death encounter. The trip was conceived shortly after he left Cranfield.
- Kirsty Shrubsall explains why passion and communication skills are crucial in her role at Sir Robert McAlpine.
- Kordatzi Violeta (MSc Automotive Engineering 2016) is one of the five “chosen” of Stefanos Kasselakis for the European elections.
- Jack Hathaway (MSc Flight Dynamics 2014) was interviewed as part of the NASA Astronauts Class of 2024.
- Frank Noppel (PhD School of Engineering 2011) predicts the future of drones in logistics on AVL’s Reimagine Mobility Podcast.
- Ian Wood (MBA 2000) has been named as MD for AMFresh UK and Northern Europe division.
- Warren East (Exec MBA 1990, Honorary Graduate 2011) has been awarded an Honorary Degree from Oxford University.
- Bolaji Agbede (MBA 2002) is featured in this article looking at the rise of African Women in the Global Financial Landscape.
- Murad Ellafi (MSc Environmental Water Management 2017) is one of the SDSU researchers exploring automated controlled drainage systems. For this project, Ellafi is charged with creating the algorithms needed for the automated aspect of the system.
- Uzo Mkparu (MBA 2010) is featured in this article which looks back at her 25-year career and her views on data privacy.
- Mark Moore (BSc Agricultural Technology and Management 1990) is the new President of the Institution of Agricultural Engineers (IAgrE).

- Deba Bardhan-Correia (PhD School of Management) has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Women Leaders UK Awards 2024 in the category for Skills, Education and Training. The annual awards recognise the achievements of remarkable women living and working within Milton Keynes.
- Dr Oluwatosin C Murele (PhD Energy and Power 2017) shares how she has brought analytical skills and expertise from Nigeria to help deliver UK net zero projects.
- Jose Munoz (The Toyota Europe Management Development Programme 2002) has been named as one of the ten most influential executives in the world.
- Pedram Parhizkari (MSc Finance and Management 2016) has co-written an article about the power of clicks, likes and shares: promote the right kind of financial content.
- Luis Miguel Carrasco (Strategy Programme 2006) has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer of AstraZeneca in Spain.
- Bastein Dublanc (MSc Offshore & Ocean Technology 2005) has written an article about the long-term pollution problems posted by PFAS and the risks and opportunities for companies, particularly in the area of decontamination.
- Tony Walmsley (Fellowship in Manufacturing Management 2004) has been appointed as Operations Director at Recyclus.
- Dilshan Rodrigo (MBA 1996) has been named CEO of Union Bank.
- David Zemel (MSc Aerospace Vehicle Design 1998) is speaking on the Royal Aeronautical Society systems engineering panel at Engineers Australia on Wednesday 19 June.
- Atlantis Marine, founded by Charlie Foll (Business Growth & Development Programme 2017) has been recognised in the King's Award for Enterprise for International Trade.
- Verifile, founded by Eyal Ben Cohen (MBA 2004), has been recognised in the King's Award for Enterprise for International Trade. This is Verifile's second King's Award for Enterprise.
- Harry Specters, founded by Shaz Shah (Exec MBA 2014) has been recognised in the King's Award for Promoting Opportunity.
- Sentry Aerospares, founded by Adam Nemenyi (BGP 2018), has been recognised in the King's Award for Enterprise for International Trade, hailed as 'Global leader in the supply of aircraft spare-parts to the airline industry'.
- Angus Murray (MBA 1999) has taken over as CEO of Connect Plus, which operates and manages the M25 under the largest highways public finance initiative (PFI) project ever awarded in the UK.
- Naomi Rowe (Exec MBA 2021) joined the National Council for the Training of Journalists (NCTJ) team on Monday 1 July, working to oversee the exacting assessments for the NCTJ's qualifications and apprenticeships, which provide firm foundations for people to kick start their careers in journalism and help them progress into senior and leadership roles.
- Paul Bristowe (MBA 2010) has been appointed as the new Chief of Staff role at Association British Ports, the UK's leading ports operator.
